Wayne Handley Aerosports, Inc. Wayne retired from the airshow circuit in 1999, but did fly three shows for Rocky Hill's AOL program and one show in the Raven during the 2002 season. Wayne continued his semiretirement and flew the Raven in 2003 at the Riverside Airshow and the California International Airshow in Salinas, where he announced his official retirement. In August 2005, Wayne retired his beautiful Raven. He flew the plane one last time in an air show at the NWAAC fly-in in McMinnville, Oregon before handing it over to the Evergreen Aviation Museum, home of the Spruce Goose, where it will be proudly displayed. Wayne continues to teach near his Pine Mountain Lake home in his Extra 300L and provides seminars entitled "Spins and Unusual Attitudes" along with related instructional flights at various regional airports.
